The question
After helping thousands of vans find new homes through Vanlife Trader, we kept hearing the same question: “How much is my van worth?”
Our answer: A Tool Built from Real Data
So we built Vanlist – a price estimator made specifically for camper vans.
Think of it as a Kelley Blue Book, but for converted rigs.
Two years in the making
We spent two years developing this tool using real sales data pulled directly from Vanlife Trader. It analyzes your van’s exact specs – make, model, mileage, layout, upgrades, and more – and compares them to actual sales to give you a fair market range.
Why we’re different
No one else has access to the kind of marketplace data we do, which puts us in a unique position to try and crack the pricing code. We worked with data scientists and vanlifers to design something simple, smart, and specific to this niche world.
Is it perfect?
Of course not. There are always intangibles – custom craftsmanship, quirky charm, personal history. But after reviewing thousands of listings, we’ve learned one thing: the filters work, and the numbers rarely lie.
