Stunning Turnkey Sprinter 144 | Premium Off-Grid Build + Upgrades

Beautifully finished, thoughtfully designed and genuinely turnkey 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 144″ High Roof, with just under 36,000 miles.

We absolutely love this van. In fact, the reason we’re selling is that we’ve enjoyed van life so much that we’re ready to upgrade to a larger 170″ Sprinter for a little more space.

What initially drew us to this van was the quality and feel of the interior. It doesn’t feel like a typical camper conversion. The light custom cabinetry, unique granite surfaces, architectural slatted ceiling, black accents and warm integrated lighting give it a clean, contemporary finish that’s incredibly comfortable to spend time in.

And for a 144″, the use of space is fantastic.

There’s a permanent fixed bed, large garage/storage area beneath it, proper galley kitchen, indoor and outdoor hot showers, extensive cabinetry, full-size under-counter refrigerator, induction cooktop, swivel cab seats and an adjustable Lagun table. There’s a surprising amount of storage without the interior ever feeling cramped or overbuilt.

This is a privately built, one-of-a-kind conversion by an experienced independent builder who has now completed approximately 10 vans, all of which have sold. The quality and attention to detail are evident throughout, from the custom cabinetry and unique leathered granite surfaces to the premium hardware and beautifully finished ceiling.

The cabinetry features Blum soft-close hardware, Legrabox European drawer systems, SOSS concealed hardware, marine-grade push latches, Sugatsune lid stays and HK lifts throughout the upper cabinets. It’s one of those builds where the quality becomes more apparent the closer you look.

SERIOUS OFF-GRID CAPABILITY

The van was designed to be comfortably used away from campgrounds, with a 400Ah Renogy Smart lithium battery bank, 400W of rooftop solar, 3000W Renogy pure sine-wave inverter, solar and alternator charging, Victron alternator charging capability, Eberspächer/Espar Airtronic D2 diesel heater, electric hot water, and 27-gallon fresh and 27-gallon grey water tanks.

It’s also pre-wired for rooftop air conditioning, should the next owner wish to add it.

We’ve continued upgrading the van since purchasing it, concentrating on the things that make a real difference when you’re actually traveling and camping.

One of the biggest additions is the Van Compass Stage 3 suspension system, professionally installed by Owl Vans, which made a substantial improvement to the ride, stability and handling.

The van also features a Fiamma F80S awning, MaxxAir roof fan, front LED light bar, bumper/fog lighting, exterior camping/flood lighting and hitch.

The galley includes a full-size under-counter refrigerator, induction cooktop, 18″ x 15″ black sink, custom leathered granite countertop, and electric hot-water heater.

Driver and passenger seats are heated and electrically adjustable, with adaptive cruise control, and both swivel to become part of the living area when parked.

The 144″ wheelbase has been one of our favorite things about this van.

You get a permanent bed, proper kitchen, indoor shower, excellent storage and genuinely usable living space while retaining a van that’s easy to drive, maneuver and park.

It’s a remarkably clever use of a relatively compact footprint — and one of the reasons we’ve loved traveling in it.

There really isn’t a project waiting for the next owner here. The expensive systems are already installed, along with thousands of dollars in carefully chosen upgrades covering suspension, storage, security, campsite leveling, privacy, ventilation and connectivity.

It’s comfortable, beautifully finished, thoughtfully upgraded and ready to travel.

We’re only selling because we love it enough to want more of it — our next step is simply a 170″.
