Hello!! Up for sale we have this just completed, beautiful 2019 Ram Promaster 159” wheelbase. This is our 6th van build and we come from a background of RV, boat and home restoration with over 20 years experience!  This van is turn key and ready for adventure!  We use an “Open Concept” design when van building.  All the storage and components you need without feeling claustrophobic.  We’ve created a free and open space with plenty of room for 2 people and a dog ( or two!) or even a couple with a small child. The van has a 6” Queen short foam mattress.  We implement the “north/south” bed orientation design  (front to back vs left to right).  We feel that its well worth sacrificing 7” or so of  interior space to get a normal sized bed that can comfortably accommodate people around 6’ tall.  An added benefit to this design is if you ever wanted to upgrade to a King size mattress there is room to do that.  You also get a larger garage!   VEHICLE DETAILS 2019 RAM Promaster 159” high roof. ONLY 14,850 miles Brand new all-terrain tires and after marker aluminum wheels This Ram has the factory upgraded appearance/interior  package with fog lights, chrome grill, rear defroster,  infinite adjustable seats (these seats are incredible and a huge improvement over base model!), duel arm rests and additional overhead storage shelf. This van was formally a company fleet vehicle that I purchased with about 10k miles on it from Merchants Auto in Hooksett NH.  They specialize in commercial trucks and vans.  Being a commercial vehicle it has the expected scuffs and bruises but nothing major.  The van looks, runs and drives like new.  The pictures say it all!   INTERIOR DETAILS Inuslated with a combination of foil faced Poly Iso rigid foam board in the large spaces with Thinsulate in the small hard to get to crevices. Painted 1x4 studs bolted to the van frame with T&G boards wood screwed to the studs on the walls and ceiling. The floor is 3/4”  Advantech water resistant plywood with Lifeproof waterproof laminate flooring. Interior structures are made with high quality 3/4” birch plywood held together with a combination of glue, brad nails and and stainless steel angle brackets, purposely overbuilt and designed to take years of abuse. Both driver AND passenger seats are equipped with Sportscraft lowered seat bases and top of the line Scopema seat swivels. Domestic CFX3 55IM fridge.  This is the model that has the ability to make ice…. Which if your like us is a must. Maxxair fan with remote control over the kitchen paired with the smaller Maxxair model over the bed.  These two vents work in tandem to keep air moving and the interior cool on the hottest days. Genuine WABASTO heater (German made, no cheap Chinese knockoff) plumbed directly to the  vans gas tank.  The heater is installed under the galley with a panel for easy access.   EXTERIOR DETAILS VWD Slider door window with screen. 4 brand new Dynapro AT/2 Tires Aftermarket aluminum wheels Rear receiver hitch for bike racks or extra storage Fiamma FS80 Awning- an absolute must in any van build, basically doubles your living space   WATER SYSTEM 21 Gallon fresh water tank connected to a shurflo pump and accumulator.  Deep stainless steel sink drains into a clear 5 gallon tank under sink. Water access panel at back of van has RV type water fill port and under that a quick connect hose port for washing off our bike, dog or yourself! The water tank has a  drain port plumbed through the floor of the van for winterizing   ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 300 Amp/hr Lithium Ion smart battery Commercial grade Q CELLS 340 WATT Mono Duo Cell solar panel 40 amp solar charge controller with remote monitor in kitchen area. Renogy 4o amp DC/DC charger for charging the Lithium Ion battery while driving Renogy 2000 watt Pure Sine Wave inverter wired to the induction cooktop and to a 110 volt (household) outlet on the side of the galley to plug in small kitchen appliances like blenders or coffee makers. All solar components run through a Victron Energy Lynx Distributor. There are 3 usb and usb-c outlets throughout the van.  Switched light in the garage area. 5 led pucks in the main cabin and led’s above the galley all controlled by touch switch dimmers.
