2010 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 170” WB This fully converted Sprinter Camper Van is adventure ready. This van includes a kitchen, king sized convertible sleeping area and Air Conditioner. Built in a 2010 170” Wheelbase 3500 Mercedes Sprinter with all the comforts of home. The build was completed in 2019. The van layout feels bright and open with a large kitchen area featuring a 23” granite sink, industrial style faucet, drinking water filter with separate tap and built in dual burner propane stove. There is plenty of room to store your food and beverages in the Dometic CRX 110 3.8Cu Ft Fridge/Freezer. This van does come with a Nature’s Head Composting Toilet build discreetly into the cabinet by the sliding door. ______ Notes from Seller:  I bought this van fully built out in 2020 and travelled for a year in it. As a full time CEO/Advisor I needed stable wifi and installed a Pepwave Transit Duo System with an Omnidirectional Antenna as well as a Directional Antenna System (value over $2.5k). Needless to say wifi will not be an issue in your travels. I also installed a one-door-bike rack (holds 2 bikes), so you have all the perks of a bike rack, but can still open the door from the inside from bed while still in your PJS (my favorite thing to do!). I also purchased a Thule Compression ladder (the best of the best), both just over $1k value which I will include with the van.  In short this van is ready literally with ALL the perks needed to hit the road at the moment of purchase.  Additionally, this van is really made for 2 people (or for one person who likes their space!) - which will rarely be stated in a van listing. This layout is the MOST unique and spacious I have felt, with a full office space (and full walk through from the front to the back of the van), full kitchen space and no cabinets blocking the sliding door. And yes, the office does convert into a full king size bed, and it's super easy.  I also added an outdoor shower, upgraded the entire electrical system (Over $3-4k value to Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries (300AH)  + a new charge controller and 2000W inverter). I added a heavy duty cigarette lighter that connects right to the batteries so you can work on your laptop without needing to use the inverter (ie. less power drainage).   All this to say, I made it so I could go out into the woods for a week/weeks and be totally self reliant power-wise.  Oh! And I also installed an apple play, new sound system and back up camera. All the bells and whistles, now my baby just needs a new owner that matches his/her magic! ___________ Maintenance/Mechanical things: This van has been regularly maintained since build out in 2019 and again since purchased in 2020 (by me) by the Sprinter Pitstop located in San Diego, CA as well as Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz Dealership in LA. Service records are available. Regular maintenance recently completed includes: -Water pump service -Glow plugs & all gaskets replaced -Original 315K Mile Engine was replaced with 110K Mile Engine. Coolant system tubes replaced. Transmission upgraded in 2021 by Mercedes Dealership. Brakes replaced etc. (In short I invested over $15k in the mechanical part of this vehicle since purchasing this van in 2020. Both for general maintenance by the dealership, for some wanted upgrades and for some needed upgrades. As a single girl traveling alone I wanted everything to be 100%.  You are now purchasing a vehicle who's engine and parts are younger than the van itself.  These vehicles are meant to last for 600-1M miles if consistently and properly maintained. I'm happy to leave macrame hangings, macrame divider, mirror, macrame fruit baskets, cutting board and plant that custom fits into the shelf. Also happy to remove anything and leave it a blank slate.
