Ready to Roll! 2018 Ram Promaster Conversion Van 159″ WB – HIGH ROOF

Ready to roll, 2018 Ram Promaster! This baby was my home from July of last year until last month when I moved in with my girlfriend. I’m an airline pilot and used this as my crash pad in Denver, CO. It treated me very well.

It was professionally built by Venture Ready Vans based in Nevada (I believe they’re no longer in business). When I purchased it, it looked very similar to how it does now, but I extensively upgraded the electronics with the two Renogy 200ah Lithium Ion Batteries, a Victron Energy 30 amp DC-DC charger, a WFCO AC/DC Distribution Center, more fuses, a Blue Sea Battery ON/OFF switch, and some wiring improvements to handle more intensive electronics usage. I wanted to maximize safety and capability in addressing all my electronic needs. 

In preparation for the sale, I’ve had it professionally detailed, replaced the air filter, oil, and oil filter, performed a mechanical once-over, rotated the tires, done some mild repainting and touchups of some interior trim, and some general refinement to make it ready to go for its new owner.

Heating / Ventilation:

• 2x Maxx Air Vent Fans (One mounted in the front above the kitchen area, one in the rear above the bed)
• CRL FW392L Ram Promaster T-Vent Window (Driver Side Forward Kitchen Window) w/ pull-down shade
• Suburban Externally Vented Propane Heater w/ Suburban Wall Thermostat (I will add more specific model information shortly)
• The propane tank is stored in a sealed propane box with downward ventilation to the outside of the van

Kitchen:

• K&H 2 Burner Propane Gas Stove Top
• Domestic CRX 50T Refrigerator
• Large, hardwood pullout dining table (see photos) that allows people to sit on the bench and eat
• Stainless Steel Sink w/Seaflo 12V DC Water Pressure Pump

Lighting:

• Recessed LED ceiling lighting throughout
• Recessed LED lighting beneath kitchen cabinets illuminating the kitchen area
• Hidden ambient LED lights are located above the foot and head of the bed where the brown wooden wall panels meet the white wall panels

General Accessories:

• Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack on the Rear Door
• Dometic Portable Toilet (professionally cleaned prior to listing and is located in storage cabinet across from bench)
• Factory Tow Package / Trailer Hitch with 4 Way Flat and 6 Way Round Wiring Harness 
• Passenger Swivel Seat (rotates 180 degrees to face the living area)
• Windshield, driver and passenger fronts windows, and rear windows blackout blinds as well as a curtain that separates the driver’s compartment from the living space (these are all stored above the driver’s compartment in the overhead storage area)

General Storage:

• Four over kitchen cabinets. The far left and right cabinets have a single shelf in them, and the middle two have no shelves.
• Spice drawer beneath and to the left of the sink
• Beneath the sink, the potable and grey water tanks are stored with additional room for a trash can and cleaning supplies
• Large drawer beneath the magnetically held cutlery that comes stocked with pots, pans, and cooking accessories
• Beneath the large drawer, there is a large storage area
• In between the bed and the kitchen area, there are two cabinets with closet rods to place clothing hangers on
• Exposed shelves for shoe storage in the large bench
• The bench also has a storage cabinet located beneath the cushion. The cushion is attached with velcro to the bench and can easily be pulled up to access storage
• Three large drawers located beneath the bed that pull outwards into the kitchen area
