Concept

You’re going to love hanging out in this campervan that has all of the features that makes camping while living on the road convenient and fun. Built with a ‘working couple who need storage’ in mind, you’ll find a lot of thought went into how a person can actually live in this van and where to put their stuff. There is a closet with coat rack, laundry basket, dresser, full size kitchen with oversized food grade African redwood countertop, and overhead cabinets with soft close. The ‘garage’ in the back (under the bed) can handle multiple pieces of luggage and gear. Pictures and videos of all work done on the van are available upon request. I also have perfect maintenance records since buying the van new off the lot.

Resources

You’ll have plenty of power (700ah - the listing settings only had a spot for 600ah, but the van has 700ah of batteries) and fresh water (30gal) for when you want to boondock. For those nights gathered around the RV park, you’ll find a 30amp outlet on the driver side, and there’s a 60amp battery to battery charger for drawing alternator power while on the road. The kitchen sink and faucet are full size, for cooking and doing the dishes.

Sleeping

The custom built memory foam full size mattress comfortably sleeps two, and the bench seat can be set up as a bed for shorter folks (like kids). The captains seats can also convert to a bed for a fourth person.

Appliances/Utilities

The Dometic Penguin II Air Conditioner pumps out 13,500 BTUs of cold air, while the MaxxFan Deluxe helps circulation throughout the space. For keeping your perishables cold, you’ll enjoy the Thetford N1090’s ample shelf space and freezer. The plumbing lines are built to allow for future addition of an outdoor shower and water heater if wanted. There is a Thetford Porta-Potty included as well (not pictured) that goes under the bench when not in use.

Cab Area

The driver and passenger seats swivel around to meet everyone in the back for a meal. The stereo has a touch screen and Bluetooth built in. The steering wheel has some controls for the stereo and phone. There's a backup camera, and the multi-angled mirrors make backing up very easy. Five cup holders and two glove boxes. Driver seat has several adjustment functions. The cab area has all the basic amenities to meet your needs for a long road trip. I've driven for weeks on the road with no problems.

The Van

The motor portion of this vehicle is in excellent condition. Regular oil changes and maintenance work has been done. There are new tires (less than 3k miles). There have been no engine issues. I bought the van new off the lot and am the original owner. Almost all miles are highway driven. These Promaster vans are exact reproductions of the Fiat Ducato, which is a long lasting fleet vehicle; they can operate for 300,000 miles when properly maintained.
