This is a basic build, nothing fancy but very cozy! Great for a beginner van lifer or vacationer. Please read the following description for details.

For sale is a 2010 Ford Econoline, E250, engine runs excellent with 114K mileage. Brand new tires and front wheel bearings. The tires were aligned and the undercarriage is in great condition. The interior of the van is converted to be a camper/ tiny home, and features a mini fridge under a laminate hardwood countertop, stainless steel sink, comfortable bench with storage cubby underneath, brand new mattress on a solid wood frame with a ton of clearance for storage. There are 3 household power outlets with standard, all copper wiring on 2 lines, one is dedicated to power the refrigerator. The corner of the living space directly behind the driver’s side has been made into a shower/bathroom and is big enough to fit most portable toilets (not included). The shower drains directly to the outside via 3″ PVC pipe, and can be upgraded with a grey water holding tank if necessary. The cab is completely separated from the living area by a wall constructed with plywood/foil foam insulation/plywood. All renovations were overbuilt with the most durable construction in mind. The siding is plywood paneling to accommodate the curves of the frame, and the ceiling is 1/4″ plywood shingled for a rustic appeal. Insulation was a top priority, and the entire living space is built like a cooler, with 3″ foil foam insulation under the subfloor and in the ceiling and walls. Foil foam insulation was packed everywhere it could possibly fit, and makes the interior very quiet in addition to retaining heat/cold exceptionally well. There are 2 12V ventilation fans installed in the roof on a single, designated circuit, with all wiring running under the bed to the wall where the bed frame and the bench meet, ready to accept the deep cycle battery of your choice. We will include a brand new Jackery 300 solar generator which has a housing built for it under the bed. This will not run the mini fridge, however it is perfect for the 12V vent circuit, as well as device charging, computers, and lighting.
