Priced to sell! We have a list of all items that come with the van in a separate spreadsheet so don’t hesitate to ask for that.

This van has so much potential and is waiting for someone to take over the project and make it their own! We are expecting our first kiddo, and have stopped building the van as our lives have pivoted away from van life. We bought everything with the intention to live in the van long-term so it’s all very high quality and made to last.

With electrical, windows/cutouts, and all appliance installs out of the way, you can make this van into whatever you’d like it to be. We bought all of the highest quality products from top of the line Battle Born batteries to Nomadic Cooling AC unit and an Espar heater. Everything is ready to be finished up and customized to how you like it. The only thing you’ll be needing to buy on your own is wood for the walls and cabinetry, everything else is included even if it hasn’t been installed!

What has been done:

1. Insulation and rattle trap throughout the van ceiling, walls, floors
2. Flooring
3. 3 window installs (professionally installed by Vanworks Ft Collins, CO)
4. Espar heater install under passenger seat (installed by Vanworks Ft Collins, CO)
5. Rooftop Nomadic Cooling AC Unit Installed
6. Maxxair rooftop fan installed
7. Refrigrator
8. Dimming lights in front and back
9. Plumbing system has been partially installed with pumps, tank heaters, and the filter connected with PEX (needs to be connected to water heater, sink, and undercarriage tank needs to be installed/connected to)
10. Shorepower connected (outlet plug included)
11. Inverter connected with 3 working 120V outlets
12. 12V appliances all connected and running (heater, AC, lights, fridge, fan)
13. Dinnette installed with folding table, bench (behind driverside captain’s chair)
14. Composting toilet fits inside the dinnette chair (not connected and is unused- vent fan and all parts included to setup)
15. Kitchen counter and sink are installed (sink not connected to plumbing, and has a cover and folding water tap for extended counter space)

Unfinished items in the van:

1. Drawers have not been built, but the cabinets are already built for the kitchen and opposite side under the fridge
2. Connecting Victron System monitor to batteries and appliances
3. plumbing (36G Tank, 16G Undercarriage Tank for gray water, composting toilet, water heater and shower attachment)
4. Overhead cabinets above bed and dinnette
5. Walls need to be cut and installed
6. Painting cabinetry to whatever color or stain you prefer!
7. Chair cushion for the dinnette bench/chair

What’s included:

1. all plumbing supplies/tools
2. all cabinetry extras- drawer pulls, magnets/locks, drawer slides
3. electrical supplies- extra wires, outlets, splices, terminals, etc.
4. any and all supplies, instructions, guides we have from the build (not including power tools)

Kelly Blue Book for our van is $45-49k and all of the products in the van amount to $20k. We are asking $58k.
