Modern Farmhouse | TONS of Upgrades | 2022 Mercedes Sprinter 170 4X4

Available now: A beautiful Cypress 170 floor plan built by Activan Conversions on a well-optioned 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170 4×4.

We originally built this van for a customer in 2022. They’ve loved using it, but as their child is getting older they’re looking for more space, so we’ll be building another van for them later this year.

Inside, the van features a queen-size bed, a convertible bench seat bed, and a 32″ indoor shower, along with plenty of cabinet storage. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, Dometic fridge/freezer, Espar D2L heater, WeBoost cell booster, and a Nomadic Cooling 12V air conditioner.

Exterior upgrades include Baja Designs LP9 lights mounted to the front of the roof rack to turn nighttime into daytime on dirt trails. The rear doors are equipped with several Owl Vans accessories and three 1UP bike trays. Additional exterior upgrades include a Fiamma F80S awning, Aluminess front bumper, Aluminess surf pole and surf hooks, and a fly rod holder mounted to the roof.

For electrical, the van is equipped with 400Ah of Battle Born lithium batteries and 400W of solar. A Li-BIM DC-to-DC charger is also installed to allow charging while driving or idling. If desired, we can install a larger battery bank or advise on upgrades based on your intended use.

The plumbing system includes a 42-gallon fresh water tank, 20 gallons of grey water for the shower, and 5 gallons of grey water for the sink. The fresh water tank is mounted inside the van, while the grey water tanks are mounted underneath.

We have the title in hand, and the van has gone through our in-house inspection process to ensure it is fully turn-key for the next owner.

The third seat can easily be removed if you plan to travel with just two passengers, or we can modify aspects of the layout to better suit your needs.

The van also includes a Sandy Vans Boost Box (not pictured) for ski storage. The current owner would swap the bike trays for the Boost Box during winter trips. The van also includes two pairs of Aluminess surf hooks (one pair is not pictured).

We will conduct a full orientation on the functions and systems in this van with the new owner. Shipping is also available and the orientation can be done via Zoom if requested.
