Lifestyle change, Hard work is done, Heater and Air Conditioner

Selling my 2022 Ram Promaster, converted campervan. 

It has 24,700 miles and has been maintained on schedule.  

No problems with the van. I’m selling the van because my dog got cancer last year and had to have major lung surgery to remove the cancer a few months ago. Because of her health issue, we needed to make major lifestyle changes, and are no longer living in it. It is ready for a new owner. 

There is a complete off grid electrical system which includes solar, dc/dc charger options as well as shore power hookup. The van has a Webasto gas heater that can run continuously through winter and is calibrated for high altitudes. There is also a Dometic air conditioner, MaxxAir roof fan, 95L dual zone fridge and freezer and a full size bed. The interior cosmetics are not finished, such as overhead cabinetry because I simply needed to stop the build when my dog was diagnosed with cancer and I’ve been putting my extra money into her oncology care. But this leaves the van open for the next owner to put their personal touch on it. All of the hard work is done and it is livable! More details listed below. Any questions and serious inquiries are welcome.

The interior cosmetic portion of the van is ready for cabinets and ready for someone to put their personal touch to it.
