Incredibly Upgraded 2024 Mercedes Sprinter AWD

This 2024 Mercedes Benz 170WB Sprinter AWD built for us by Beachside Custom Vans is ready to take you anywhere, in luxury! This is our personal use adaptation of the famous “Concrete Oasis” van that lists for $320,000 brand new (Google it). It is built for maximum comfort and space utilization, plus a lithium power system so robust it has practically endless power.

You won’t find any a retail vans with upgrades like this and at 22′ 8″ it has 40% more living area than the popular Winnebago Revel; plus a full size shower and full size Laveo DryFlush toilet. The massive 800ah lithium battery system charges while you drive via a dedicated 2nd alternator. We even added a remote start / monitoring unit, an upgraded level 3 suspension and an aftermarket 46gl diesel fuel tank that means fewer stops and virtually never running out of battery power.

9. Van automatically starts if the lithium batteries get down to 17% charge so you essentially never run out of power as long as you have diesel in the tank (and 46 gallons is a lot!)
10. Solar: no need as it would be overkill with the other systems in place

BED & LOUNGE

1. The 6″ memory foam Queen size Happy Jack bed lift system is a game-changer for use of space. The bed is hidden in the ceiling during the day and no bed to make at night. It is super comfortable and goes up and down at the push of a button.
2. Extra large L-shaped couch allows two people to lounge spread out.
3. Massive counter space compared to dealership vans, great for meal prep and cooking!
4. The amount of cabinet, drawer, hanging and storage space is truly incredible…4ft overhead cabinets, 2 ft hanging closet, 3 extra deep clothes drawers, 4 kitchen drawers plus a pull-out pantry

18. Oversized all terrain tires, but not so big that they are noisy. The still drives and rides great but you never worry about off-roading.
19. Van Compass Stage 3 suspension. This upgrade makes the van more stable and enables us to boondock and camp off-grid with great peace of mind.
20. We added an extra black wrap around the bottom of the van to improve the appearance
21. Starlink is installed and we can transfer the subscription to you if you want it. It costs $5/month to keep it active and you can then turn it on for any month you want to utilize it while traveling in the van.
22. We will include the insulated window coverings, shore power chord & adaptors, fresh water hose with filter attached, 2 Directors chairs, all of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. It is essentially turn-key and ready to go.
