Ford Transit High Roof – Partial Conversion / Builder Special

Well, life happened in the middle of my build. Although I'd love to finish it, I just don't have the time to wrap it up. This is going to be a really slick deal for a builder or someone looking to invest in something high-end. What I'm Looking For I have a few options for people who are shopping around. No intent to mislead but I listed it at the lowest priced option. I'm also open to negotiation. $55,000 - Includes the van and everything included below. $50,000 - The van AS-IS (listed below). $45,000 - The van stripped down to nothing but the walls, flooring, ceiling, fan & window. Will likely take about a week.   About the van This a 2019 Transit 250 148" high-roof, it's the standard length, not the extended. It has the 3.7 L V6 and standard differential. I financed it used at 29,000 miles in February 2021 and began conversion in April. In June I had to pack up and move out of the house I was renting so everything went on hold. I ended up needing to go back to work full time and haven't had a chance to pick it back up. Being adventurous, I chose a more unique layout than what you typically see. Utilizing a fully open design, it has a bench seat and murphy bed along one side and the gally along the other with walk-through access from all doors on the van. Long sliding upper cabinets along the driver's side and a small pantry above the sink/stove. Counter is oiled butcher block with an induction stove and Ruvati sink. All of the framing was done with 80/20 aluminum and 99% of it is bolt-in and easily modified. I'm sure I won't list everything but if you have questions, feel free to ask.
