  Electrical system includes originally 400 Amp Hours of Battleborn lithium batteries (5 years old), 3000 watt AIMS pure sine inverter-charger, 3 x 100 watt flexible solar panels (roof), Victron MPPT solar charge controller, Victron battery monitor, WIFI Ranger wireless booster, & WeBoost cell booster. Alternator supplies 92 amps to the house batteries at idle.

  Galley is electric with Furrion 1800 watt induction cooktop, Truck Fridge TF130 AC/DC 4.2 cubic foot refrigerator, and convection microwave.

  Ventilation includes a MAXAIR deluxe fan, smaller out-only fan near toilet, 'window' AC unit mounted at back of high top, and opening high top/van windows.

  Plumbing uses 18 gallon stainless steel tank with manual foot pump to sink and 2 x 5.5 gallon gray water tanks beneath. I do not fill the water tank to full. The toilet is a Thetford cassette, which pulls out the back door. Completely independent toilet with its own water supply.

  Couch-bed does pull out to 49 inches wide, has some storage in center, and batteries & inverter-charger underneath. Good deal of storage throughout. Hooks near ceiling used to hold storage cube bags. Not installed 30 gallon water tank, & electric pump if buyer wants.
