This is a custom, newly built micro camper van. It is the 6th transit connect build I’ve made, and benefits from the knowledge gained from the previous builds. This insulated micro camper has all the amenities of home, a couch, a comfortable twin size bed, a stove, a sink, a fridge, a toilet, with everything powered up by solar and the car’s engine, all in a nimble, fuel efficient, fun to drive ford transit connect.
This stealthy camper is ready for the road, whether you’re headed to the mountain, desert, oceanside beach, or adventuring into a new city, a new state, or a new state of mind. The design is suited for full time living, but is ideal for road trips, exploring new cities, weekend festivals, or visiting friends. The design features ample storage, with a simple conversion from living room to bedroom to kitchen to social space. Stationary, or on the move, the choice is yours on where to go next.
This van was converted this past fall of 2023 and has been my daily driver since getting it in the spring 0f 2023, at 133k miles. The van was previously a fleet vehicle in Florida which had all scheduled maintenance performed. The driver side sliding door has to be manually unlocked inside to open, and the key lock/unlock doesn’t work fully. It drives smooth, and has taken me on a few memorable road trips, and is all set to solidly take you on many more adventures for the years and miles on the road ahead!
