This custom design was built by AVC Rig. It is a 4 season, all weather, luxury van. Hydronic heated floor as well as a hot air blower and well insulated, this van is perfect for winter travel, ski/board trips and has plenty of ski storage in the “garage” under the bed. The heated floor is a game changer that makes winter life in the van a cozy experience. On-board battery powered AC unit keeps it cool in summer and a BugWall screen for the sliding door is included as well as window blackout/insulating shades for all windows.
The V6 Twin Turbo EcoBoost engine and AWD takes you anywhere the roads are open, never had any problem with snowy roads in the four winters I’ve travelled in the intermountain west. Leather heated swivel seats complete the comfort on cold mornings. The ONLY thing this rig doesn’t do is off-road 4WD, high clearance exploring. Otherwise, this is the flexible rig that will serve all your needs, winter or summer.
400Ah of Relion lithium batteries plus 660 watts of solar panels make this rig a fully independent off-grid tool. Batteries also charge off the alternator as well as by shore power. 3000 watt Victron inverter supplies 110v power for the cooktop, microwave and outlets to plug into as well as numerous USB and 12v ports for charging all the toys.
A slide out tray in the garage makes access to all your gear easy and convenient, as does the lighting in the cargo area. Electric motors quickly raise/lower the bed for higher access to the garage.
Tons of storage in cabinets provides all the space you could need for clothes, food and gear.
The kitchen has everything except an oven. Sink with H/C running water, 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave and fridge.
The main exterior upgrade not mentioned in the itemized details is 3M PPF(Paint Protective Film) on all forward facing body surfaces including the headlights. It keeps the painted surfaces in “like new” condition. The van is parked/stored indoors in a heated shop/garage, has no rust, dents, etc, and has had only one owner.
Regular periodic maintenance, including oil changes in 5000 mile intervals(twice as often as the recommended 10,000) has this van top mechanical condition notwithstanding 90k(90% on the highway) miles, records available to document the service.
Extended factory warranty(transferable to buyer)lasts into 2026 with 10k miles left on the warranty.
