Not only did the revolutionary layout give more cargo space, more living space, a bigger bed, bigger kitchen (and honestly just better vibes), but our cutting edge lightweight build techniques meant the buildout only added 1200lbs!

That means the whole build weighs 6400lbs, a full 1000lbs under the legal build weight limit with a whopping 2650lbs of cargo capacity until you hit GVWR.

Built in 2022, this van has been meticulously maintained and cared for. It has been our primary showroom and van show rig, and it’s always the crowd favorite.

The folding bed turns into a massive couch looking out the back, while the front bench has an unobstructed view out the door and infinite legroom. The bed is a 6″ dual layer memory foam with a generous 75×54 sleeping area with no overheads or flares to hit your head on.

The closet lets you hang clothes and gear, while the overheads, bench storage, sailboat-style countertop storage, and massive garage give you more storage than you’ll know what to do with! Dometic CFX35 cooler style fridge, 200W solar, 200Ah custom off grid electrical system with DC-DC charging means you can be off grid as long as you want! (I’ve never turned the fridge off, the solar is more than enough to keep up with it. We designed it to be no maintenance and it delivered!). Custom magnetic curtains, built in magnets for your camping mugs, custom maple cabinetry/walls/ceiling, MaxxAir fan, Webasto diesel heater, 3 venting slider windows (two bunks one slider door), insulated LVP floor, 20 gal fresh tank with folding kitchen faucet and Elkay stainless steel sink, outdoor instant hot propane shower, fully insulated with Havelock wool, custom lightweight douglas fir countertop and table with Penofin rosewood oil and marine spar varnish finish, dimmable dual zone 2700k LEDs (and a vibe light option as well), and passenger swivel.

Chassis is meticulously cared for and has 360 camera, tow package, upgraded tires, and perfect maintenance record (Mercedes just replaced most of the DEF system and the DPF under warranty, so you won’t have to worry about that for a very long time!). Drives like a dream with the lightweight build, and gets 22.2 mpg lifetime average of all driving styles, not just on the highway.

This van is pure magic and I’m sad to see it go, but after the last custom build our showroom van needs to have all our newest lightweight technology and innovations, so it’s time to sell Sierra. She will be missed!
