2026 Professionally Built Camper Van — Premium Off-Grid Build
This professionally built camper van combines a massive off-grid electrical system, four-season climate control, premium cabinetry, and a highly functional interior layout. Designed for extended travel and comfortable full-time use, the build features quality components from Victron, Epoch, FVC, Flarespace, Fiamma, Maxxair, and more.
Massive Off-Grid Electrical System
At the heart of the van is an impressive 11.7 kWh lithium battery bank utilizing dual 24V Epoch heated batteries with Victron communications. The system is built around a 3000W Victron MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, Victron 50A Orion DC/DC charger, Victron 100/50 MPPT solar controller, and 300 watts of rooftop solar.
A Victron Ekrano GX touchscreen provides convenient system monitoring and control. The van also features 30A shore power, a separate 15A connection, marine-grade wiring, five 120V outlets, six USB/USB-C charging ports, and pre-wiring for Starlink and a cell booster.
Four-Season Climate Control
Built for comfortable travel throughout the year, the van features a Velit 3000R 24V air conditioner with remote and Bluetooth control.
An HLN hydronic heating system provides radiant floor heat, instant hot water, and furnace heat. A Maxxair Deluxe fan, ½-inch foam sound deadening, and 2 inches of R15 Rockwool insulation further improve comfort and efficiency. An Isotemp Freeline 70 refrigerator completes the climate-controlled living space.
Water & Plumbing
The plumbing system includes a 35-gallon fresh water tank and 36-gallon gray water tank, both with monitoring. The gray tank includes an electric dump valve with a manual backup.
Additional features include an outdoor shower with quick-connect hose, retractable kitchen faucet, handheld shower faucet, PEX plumbing with brass fittings, exterior city-water/fresh-tank fill connection, and a Laveo Dry Flush toilet.
Premium Exterior Upgrades
The exterior is outfitted for serious travel with Flarespace flares with windows, a sliding-door vented window, driver-side vented window with shade and screen, FVC low-profile roof rack, and a Fiamma F80S manual awning.
Additional upgrades include an FVC rear tire carrier, FVC running boards, FVC side ladder with wheel-wrap ladder, FVC Core front bumper, Agile Offroad Standard RIP Kit, over-cab shelf, fixed-glass rear-door windows, and water filtration.
Hand-Built Interior
The interior is constructed around a bolted-in wood-framed structure with maple walls and UV-finished maple cabinetry featuring quality lifts and latches.
The layout includes:
- Queen-size bed with mattress
- 42-inch galley
- Pantry
- 32-inch bench seat with integrated storage
- 24" × 32" shower
- Upper cabinetry
