2025 Sprinter 170 AWD Luxury|Full Bath + Transferable Warranty

This 2025 Mercedes Sprinter 170 AWD High Roof was thoughtfully built to be more than just a campervan—it was designed to feel like home. Professionally built by Cave Creek Custom Vans and meticulously cared for, this van combines premium craftsmanship, full-time livability, and serious off-grid capability in a warm, inviting space that truly feels different from many of the minimalist builds on the market.

With only 10,000 miles, a clean title, and a transferable 2-year warranty through Cave Creek Custom Vans, this Sprinter offers peace of mind alongside luxury and capability.

What first drew us to van life was the freedom to simplify without sacrificing comfort, and this van delivered exactly that. The warm luxury wood finishes create a cozy, welcoming interior that feels more like a cabin than a vehicle. We transitioned from a full house into this van and realized we didn’t need nearly as much as we thought—we had everything we needed here.
