*These vans cost a fortune to build, while I am open to all offers, I can only be so flexible. However, if you love the van, let’s talk!
The van is built for life on the road! The Lippert smart bed allows you to raise and lower the full size bed to accommodate sleeping/sitting space underneath. It is equipped with a Trelino compost toilet and 33” shower as well as Dometic gas stove and collapsable Torva sink. The Isotherm F140 fridge offers 4.9 cubic feet of space-saving cooling capacity and is one of the most energy efficient fridges on the market. The sink and shower are supplied by a 40 gallon fresh water tank and also has the ability to hook directly to pressurized city water. Water from the shower and sink then drains into a grey water tank underneath the van for seamless grey water storage and disposal.
The van is equipped with the top-of-the-line Eco Flow Power Kit which is powered by two 5 kWh batteries. The batteries are charged 3 ways: 725 Watts of walkable solar, 30 amp shore power inlet (so you can charge from home or campsite) and the van’s battery/alternator (so you charge while you drive). The power input and power output is monitored and controlled by the Eco Flow Console touchscreen which allows you to monitor your battery storage and usage as well as control your power input and output. Everything is controlled seamlessly at your fingertips for easy use and ease of mind!
There is plenty of storage thanks to custom maple/poplar cabinetry. The upper cabinets are complete with rolling tambour doors for easy use. The front seats swivel backwards granting desk/dining space from the driver’s seat. The back bench (mattress included but not seen in pictures) doubles as a single bed and/or sitting space. The flare windows in back slide open and have bug screens. The large windows above sink and on sliding door also slide open and include both bug screens and shades. If it’s too hot for open windows, there is the Dometic RTX 2000 air conditioner offering 6,000 BTUs of cold air and the Maxxair fan that doubles as a fan and air vent. Plenty of options to be cool on the road!
There is plenty of natural light but, also, plenty of 12v lighting as well. There are 4 flexible reading lights in back that include usb charging ports. There are two dimmable lights above bed, two dimmable lights in the main cabin and two large dimmable light under the cabinets. All lights (except reading lights) offer both cool and warm lighting options.
The exterior is complete with Black Rhino wheels, all terrain Goodrich tires, spare tire carrier/ladder, Frontline VanCo roof rack, Orion van Gear Roof decking, walkable marine solar panels and a Fiama awning. It is also complete with Aluminess side steps for easy access.
