Conversion includes the following items:-
1. Driver and passenger swivel seats.
2. Max air fan above main quarters.
3. Pergo wood grain flooring throughout.
4. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold rotational faucet which doubles as outside shower for dogs etc.
5. 21gal water tank with electric pump and filter system.
6. 3gal Isotemp electric hot water system,110 volt.
7. Additional hot water system plumbed into vehicle coolant system for,” heat as you drive”, hot water.
8. No grey or blackwater system. Sink drains into 7 gal container for manual discharge.
9. Slide out composting toilet system on wheels for hidden storage beneath bench. Has urine diverter and currently uses coconut coire, no odor, compost material.
10. On demand hot and cold shower system mounted between back doors at rear of unit with shower curtain.
11. Two interior puck light systems on dimmer switches together with cabinet base led lighting on dimmer switch.
12. 30” Vizio tv on swivel mount for various viewing angles with installed HDMI cable for PC connectivity.
13. 800 watts of solar comprising 4 Renogy panels installed on Vevor mounting system with new low shade capability.
14. Full off grid power system comprises;-
2000 watt Renogy inverter system which makes 110v household power from the 12v, 560 amp/hr auxiliary battery pack and provides 560 hours of deep storage. System has 40amp Renogy MPPT solar charge controller.
15. 40 amp Renogy DC to DC charging system gives you,” battery charge as you drive”, capability. Complete electrical system has shutoff switch.
16. Interior has,”Desert Natural Finish”, and comprises use of cactus ribs and natural wood. ¼” T&G cedar completes the ceiling together with white Shiplap wall panels. Wall space behind kitchen sink is tiled, together with pop up table which is placed by slider door for exterior cooking etc.
