The AVC RIG / Go Code project Sprinter is complete and ready for you and your next adventure. This van was built as our prototype for our new Sprinter offerings. AVC used this platform to validate new product, film YouTube videos, and build on a new (to us) platform. This is our cleanest and brightest van we’ve built ever! Check them out with the link here:

We designed this layout as the ultimate van for 2. It features a roomy sideways sleeper bed with Bump outs to sleep comfortably. Driver side dual bench seat paired with front swivel seats makes a nice lounge out in the front of the van to hang with friends, or just enjoy the view out the slider door. RGBW splash lighting adds a fun flair to your adventures but keeps it classy. Interior White and red lighting are installed throughout for night time adventures like star gazing, or just not disturbing an intimate campfire. The huge garage holds all the toys you want to bring with yo on your adventure secured under the bed with integrated L track tie down rails.
A fully featured kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink with hot and cold water, even a pop up shower! Tons of interior storage with our best in class light weight custom aluminum cabinets. We mounted the water tanks under the van to give us even more room in the buildout. This was a total game changer in Matt’s (from AVC RIG) personal van, and his family loves the extra interior space it affords. A potty (domestic 972 or wrappon sunny) stores discreetly in the rear bench for quick access and easy use without encumbering the build.
Keep yourself cozy year round with vented windows, Maxx fan, Ultra efficient 48v Velit AC, and Espar D2 furnace. Power those components with a 5000W 48v Bluetti RV solar power system (equivalent to 400Ah at 12V) and easily expand it to double the power capacity with the addition of a single battery. We planned for an easy expansion in the utility cabinet and it can be done safely and easily in under an hour.
This van build is one of the lightest weight kits in the industry. It features our insulated sub floor and 2tec2 flooring (100% waterproof). Our Felt wall kit is 1/3 the weight of a traditional wall kit and is quieter too. The felt features virtually zero VOC so you can rest easy knowing the the heartiest option in the industry. Match that with our Aluminum cabinets made from .1 aluminum that are half the weight of birch, stronger, and will never warp, absorb water, or delaminate, and you have the most robust light weight build for your adventures. Weight is what wear out a van, and this van will drive better, get better fuel economy, and be easier to maintain since it’s not hauling an extra 1500lbs around like other builds.
Are you looking for a van with 4 seats? We thought of that too! Simply remove the front bench seat and bolt in a 2 person flip up seat from JMG Systems in California. We installed the mounting plate under the floor, so it’s safe and setup to add a seat with one person, and 6 bolts. This van can become a 4 seater in under an hour.
