The vehicle is in as new condition. 12,800 highway miles. The van is stored in California. Never driven off road, in snow or mud. No dents, dings, or accident damage in the history of the vehicle. The van is in excellent condition and has zero issues. It is a non-smokers car, it has not been in any kind of wreck or fender bender and as such, has not needed any repairs or paint fixes. It drives very well compared other vans. It is sure footed and planted. It takes corners well, brakes in a straight line, and can pass an 18-wheeler with ease in a strong headwind going up a steep grade. Side winds do not really affect the van much, you can feel it, but it is not challenging at all to drive which really makes the van safe to drive. The relatively low step in height is real a plus and eliminates the need for side steps or running boards, which can collect mud and snow when driving.
About the Upgrades to the Van
The stock Ford entertainment system and associated parts were removed and an Alpine Audio/Video Receiver with Focal Speakers, subwoofer, and equalizer were added to the van. Alpine unit includes Apple Car Play and Android Auto. It also includes Alpine front and rear view cameras.
The professional installation of the aftermarket audio/video system by Method Sound in Costa Mesa, California included an Alpine iLX-F507 Audio/Video Receiver, Musway M6-v3 105 watt @ 0.05% THD 6 channel Class D Amplifier with 8 Channel DSP, and Focal Speakers. The work also included the installation of two Alpine cameras, one looking forward at the front of the van and one looking back at the rear of the van, and parking sensors front and rear in the van. This equipment and the installation far surpass any Ford Factory components installation. Sound deadening was added in both front doors to enhance the listening environment.

The iLX-507 features Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and built-in Bluetooth® hands-free which allow access to music, messages, phone calls, and maps on a smartphone via either a wired USB connection or wirelessly. Get even more entertainment options with built-in HD Radio®, Pandora Internet Radio (via iPhone or Android connection), and SiriusXM® for even more choices in entertainment (tuner and subscription sold separately).
Hi-Res Audio
Experience incredible music detail with Hi-Res Audio Playback. High-precision music reproduction brings out the full potential of every song and makes every drive feel like an intimate recording studio session with your favorite artist. Access your favorite songs on popular Hi-Res streaming services like Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music HD, and more. The Alpine iLX-507 plays Hi-Res music at its intended spec of 96kHz/24Bit via a wired USB connection to a smartphone or wirelessly through Bluetooth connection. You can also purchase and download Hi-Res music files onto a USB drive from platforms like HDtracks for Hi-Res playback on the iLX-507.
Apple Carplay® (Wired & Wireless)
The iLX-507 Works with Apple CarPlay® and lets iPhone users make and receive calls, access text messages, play music, and get directions in a way that allows them to stay focused on the road. Apple CarPlay® is accessed through the capacitive touchscreen or the mic button to activate Siri voice control and is compatible with iPhone 5 and later.
Android Auto™ (Wired & Wireless)
The iLX-507 includes Android Auto and works with the Google Assistant (requires both a USB cable and Bluetooth connection; requires an Android phone running 5.0 [Lollipop] or higher and the Android Auto app). To access the Google Assistant on Android Auto, say “OK Google” or select the mic button. Google Assistant in Android Auto allows users to play their favorite music, get driving directions to their destination, interact with smart home devices, and reply to text messages – hands-free.
About the Up Fit
The intent of the van build was to make the van easily convertible to many different configurations, depending on the user need.
This van is built out in modular fashion with the capability to go from an empty finished cargo van configuration to a camper/sleeper van, or passenger van, and more. In approximately 20 minutes the van can be configured from completely empty to having overhead storage, a full bed and mattress, and 4 passenger seats with pedestal table. Additional components (available through Adventure Wagon or Shepard Van, for example) can be added as you need and installed and uninstalled in modular fashion using the L Track system integrated throughout the van walls, floor, and ceiling.
Potential additional components could include the Adventure Wagon 200 ah modular electrical system, refrigerated storage, cook top, sinks, toilets and more. These are not included in this van sale and are only noted for reference.

The legendary MOAB (Mother of All Beds) is the original height-adjustable camper van bed. The telescoping platforms of the MOAB change width with the contour of your van, allowing it to be set from just above the wheel wells to very near the ceiling. It includes two sets of mounting rails to install the platform high (store surfboards or fishing rods for example) or low with a bed height just above the wheel wells, but below the rear windows. Included are:

Four (4) DOT approved SmartSeat SmartLock custom reclining passenger seats are relocatable in the L Track system throughout the van. The seats can be easily configured anywhere in the van and can be set to face forwards or backwards. The seats can be folded and stacked one on top of the other for storage (see photos). Drink/snack table with relocatable pedestal. The floor and seats are certified for use for legal use on the highway (If a modified van has passenger seats not DOT certified for use, your insurance may not cover you in an accident).
The L Track system can accommodate a motorcycle securing system like the Bike Binderz L Track Motorcycle Mount (not included) for up to 3 enduro motorcycles, or an adventure motorcycle and an enduro motorcycle, eliminating all fixed internal mounting motorcycle tie down hardware.
Sound proofing throughout makes the van makes it quiet.
