THE BUILD
4 passenger/sleeps 4 two level bed option
Indoor closet/shower with outdoor shower all on a Digital Thermostatic mixing valve. Set the temperature and it maintains that temperature on both showers.

I built this as a high tech, comfortable do anything vehicle and put a lot of thought in the build. I focused on maximizing space and building to my high standards (I am an advanced level L1 ASE Master Technician). You won’t find a ton of 4 passenger/sleeps 4 vans let alone one that has a shower and can haul a motorcycle inside at the same time. 3M Thinsulate, Siless 80 mil Car Sound Deadener throughout, 1” foam floor and marine decking material throughout the roof make this no louder than a modern SUV, very quiet/quality feel driving down the road at highway speeds. Custom upholstery cushions in rear and bed. Primary bed sets up in a minute, involves rolling out slats across the rear boxes and using the memory foam couch cushions to make the bed. When needed (most of the time we have it out of the van) the secondary bed rides against roof when not in use, is held up with 4 crossbars and then drops down making somewhat of a bunk like setup. Most of the time we leave it out when not camping and although the bottom bed height was designed for kids, you can easily sleep in the lower bed as a normal sized adult. Think of this sleeping arrangement as a hybrid, single to five people, I’ve actually had a friend sleep under the lower bed on the floor in the garage area.
TECHNOLOGY
Full Ecoflow 5kWh 120/48/12v Powerkit done right with 120V, 12V and USB-A and USB-C outlets everywhere (8 separate locations for A/C outlets). You can alternator charge at 70A, shore power 120V outlet concealed installed under the vehicle, can charge via solar, A/C, shore power simultaneously.

It is 98% complete, the only thing one might want to do is to add an under vehicle water tank to collect shower (never used/we use it as a closet) and kitchen sink. Currently these have drains that just dump from underside the vehicle. We’ve found this works fine for our uses. My other projects I wanted to complete were blacking out the roof rack, wheels and rear slider rail for appearance.
Needs nothing, non smokers, non shedding animal home. It’s under bumper to bumper warranty, we bought it new and hold the title in hand. We love it, enjoy it but have had some change in plans. We originally built it with the intention of renting it out through our company but it instead became emotionally attached and due to the time and money put into it we decided it was too nice to rent out. As you can tell by the mileage we aren’t getting to use it as much as planned and we’re likely going to build out a trailer to go another way. Pictures of the build from day 1 available to buyer. Not in a rush to sell, clean title in hand.
