**MOTIVATED SELLER BRING OFFERS**
**WINTER CAPABLE** Sprinter 4×4 170 EXT with a factory installed cargo divider door.
Dallas, TX… happy to deliver anywhere in the U.S. or pay for your 1 way flight to come check it out.
Super low milage — 2,200 miles. Clean title. Zero rust on the vehicle. Additionally, this model is super hard to find — 170 EXT with 4×4, Diesel and a factory installed cargo divider door. The cargo divider door was a must for me, in order to protect the cabin in case of an accident.
This van is fully complete — the wood is unfinished, but is stain/paint ready (can stain or paint all wood to your color of choice)… There are no cushions for the couch or bed right now, but I can point you to where to order a custom set to fit.
I build custom homes, and decided to take on a Sprinter camper van conversion as a side project. The original goal was to make it my own camper, for personal use and ski the country this winter. I’ve been building this by using sub-contractors that have worked for me in the past. Due to lifestyle changes, I am selling.
All in, I’ve invested about $70k and 500+ hours into this build between parts and labor… Similar projects that are low mileage, diesel, 4×4 builds sell for $150-$250k on vanlifetrader and similar camper van sale sites.
Some of the noteworthy upgrades:
– $1,500 light bars on the front, back and side of the vehicle… as well as “hazard” lights that kick on in 4 places on the van body
– Full walk-in shower located at the rear of the van, with a Nautilus divider door and hideaway Laveo dryflush toilet (best toilet on the market)
– Uponor brand PEX plumbing. These pipes are top of the line since they are capable of expanding up to 4x during freeze periods. As a result, they are very unlikely to burst… I just put the same pipes in a $2m custom home.
– Entire plumbing system installed by a certified plumber: Laveo dryflusrh toilet, Bosch 4 gallon water heater, 40 gallon fresh water tank, Seaflo water pump, separate spigot for filtered water, sink with drop in cutting board etc.
– LOTS of hidden pockets / compartments for storage
– $7,900 electrical system, using explorist.life wiring kits with AC/DC power, powered by 400ah 12V Battle Born Batteries, 600w Rich Solar panels, and charges from alternator while driving as well
– $3,500 cooling and ventilation system, using Domestic RTX 2000 AC system and MaxxAir Delux fan
– $1,800 Espar / Eberspacher Airtronic D4L 12v (4kW) Diesel Heater Kit. If you know, you know that this is the best on the market.
– $4,000 custom cabinets made out of 1/2″ Baltic Birch plywood
– $1,900 4 Wilderness Vans brand windows with built in screens and shades (much nicer than others which require separate parts for shades/blinds)
– Walls insulated using Thinsulate (thermal and noise barrier), Low-E (radiant heat barrier) and 4 boxes of Kilmat sound deadening (mostly for noise but offers a small boost to heat insulation as well)
– Floor insulated using minicell, foam board insulation and 3/4″ inch Baltic Birch plywood
– $2,100 Happijack bed lift system
– Machine coated laminate wall panels
– Coinmat flooring for traction and easy cleaning.
