Like new 2022 Metris Cargo Van with modifications by GTRV consisting of: Pop Top; Screened side windows (2); Rear solid barn door windows (2); Thule Roof Tracks; MaxxFan Deluxe fan; LED ceiling lights (3); 175W roof mounted solar panel (Renogy); Front seat swivels (2) and wiring with plug-in connections for lithium battery for interior lights, fan & aux charging from cigarette lighter - DC & 120V.

Modifications by Owner: NOCO shore power 120V AC plig-in connection to to charge lithium battery; sound deadening - wall panels & wheel wells; wool insulation - wall panels; wooden rear wall "rails" w/ netting & D-Rings; wooden frame over wheel wells w/brackets for removable IKEA SKORVA support beams to supprot 24" wide shelves (2) across rear of van. Flooe spacing maintains 48" between wheel wells.
