2022 Ford Transit AWD

This unit is like new with only 12,845 miles. My wife and I have so enjoyed our road trips (long and short trips) because we can park anywhere without making reservations. It is completely self contained so the 2-200 amp Victron batteries supply all the power we need. This unit is wired for solar but we have not needed it because when the motor is running the batteries are being charged or you can plug to shore power when available. The 3.5 ECO Ford Transit motor with the 10 speed transmission and AWD has more than enough power for any terrain. The two twin sized beds are very comfortable (78”-80” long and 28” wide) which allows for a walk through for a more comfortable and open experience. Our favorite thing (there are many) may be that there is no setting up or tearing down, just pull up to your spot and enjoy the views or lay down and watch tv or read. There is no black tank, just 2 – 5 gallon grey tanks (one for the kitchen sink and one for the shower) each can be emptied by simply pushing a button. The conversion was professionally done by a local van builder, the wood is natural finished bamboo which looks great and has a hard finish. A 24” x 36” stainless steel shower looks awesome and has a nautilus self cleaning shower door. The driver and passenger seat do swivel. Winterizing is very easy, we usually just keep heat going during the winter. It has always been stored in a building. There is ample storage for everything that you need, a large (for a van) refrigerator with a slide out freezer holds a lot of food. Power train and roadside assist are still covered in the warranty. The van came factory equipped with about everything you can get so it is a joy to drive. It is very easy to drive and does negotiate through all weather very well. Our traveling days are over so we hope someone can enjoy this rig like we have.
