Since first buying our dream van in April 0f 2021, we’ve spent 2 years building it out and 2 years adventuring in it. It has thrived in the cold Rocky Mountains of Colorado as well as the hot deserts in Arizona. We built this van so we could travel and experience all the beautiful corners of the USA during all 4 seasons of the year. We’ve spent up to 4 months at a time living in the van and have found it to be spacious and comfortable for two people. We hope this dream van will exceed your expectations of VanLife.

Highlights of the build

1. Large Kitchen: The kitchen features a spacious double-basin sink with self-draining butcher block inserts. Plenty of countertop space so you’ll have ample room for food prep and cleanup. The kitchen is also equipped with a large Dometic CFX refrigerator and a reliable two-burner Dometic stovetop to whip up your favorite meals while on the road.
2. Booth Table to Bed: Experience the versatility and comfort of our van’s booth table. By day, it offers a spacious and inviting seating area, perfect for dining or relaxing. By night, it effortlessly transforms into a cozy, comfortable bed, ensuring a restful sleep wherever your adventures take you.
3. Plenty of Storage: The van is fully optimized for storage. We’ve taken advantage of every space in the van so you can never have too many things. 
4. Low Miles: At only 28,000 miles, this van has its whole life ahead of it.
5. Roof Rack: Hang out with friends on the roof-top deck as you watch the stars or enjoy a meal. Ladder attached to the back door to mosey on up. Want extra sleeping space for a weekend trip? Throw a small cushion or mattress on the roof rack and sleep under the stars. We used to fight to be the one to get to sleep up there.
6. Full Bathroom: Complete bathroom with indoor toilet and indoor shower. Want even more storage? The bathroom easily transforms into a closet to hang clothing and store shoes.

Build Specs:

1. Bathroom with cassette toilet and shower enclosure that doubles as a closet for clothes or shoes. The shower drains into a 10 gallon gray water tank below.
2. Hydraulic telescoping tabletop converts seating area for 4 into a queen-size platform bed with spacious storage bins below.
3. Two large slide-out cargo bins underneath bed/dinette deck; accessed through rear doors.
4. Passenger seat swivels 360 degrees.
5. Large 2-basin stainless steel sink set with fitted butcher block closure inserts matching surrounding countertops; 20 gallon gray water tank below.
6. 28 Gallon freshwater tank mounted over port side rear wheel housing.
7. Numerous drawers and cabinets for kitchen stowage; 4 overhead cabinets with hydraulic lifts.
8. Dometic CFX refrigerator chest mounted on heavy duty drawer slides under port side countertop; refrigerator can be monitored by smartphone app.  
9. Two-burner Dometic LP gas cooktop, with electronic ignition
10. 5.9 gallon ASTM-certified under-mounted propane tank, with remote fill hose ported to fuel fill door
11. Propex HS2000 space heater, with digital thermometer, ducted to center of cabin
12. Fogatti LP gas on-demand water heater with digital thermostat
13. Hardwired cabin interior propane gas and carbon monoxide detectors
14. MaxxFan multi-speed, thermostatically-controlled cabin cooling fan
15. SureFlo 4008 12V DC water pump.

17. Progressive Dynamics PD4000 45 amp electrical panel with seven 120V branch circuits and twelve 12VDC branch circuits (many spare circuits available); panel includes integral SmartCharge battery charger for lead acid or lithium batteries. 
18. Two type 27 gel-acid house batteries, 100 amp hours each
19. Redarc Smart Start 12V 200 amp battery isolator charges house batteries while driving.
20. Roof Rack with loosely-spaced Trex decking permits numerous options for lashing gear to top. Adjustable eyelets for fastening roof awning. 80/20 frame easily accepts additional mountings such as lighting and factory awnings  
21. Heavy duty rear ladder for top deck access
22. Side door insect netting with magnetic door closure
