2021 Ford Transit AWD – Overland CONDO on wheels!!!

Caught up in the whirlwind of life, my journey into vanlife began thanks to my older brother’s inspiration. As my life and career underwent significant changes during the pandemic, I envisioned spending up to 25-50% of my time traveling and working remotely.

This van is the embodiment of a dream vehicle, with more than ample power and electrical capacity, ensuring that even a city boy like myself doesn’t miss the comforts of urban life while on the road. To sweeten the deal, I’ll include the Starlink hardware that’s already in the van.

Two years ago, I embarked on a this adventure by personally designing and having the van professionally-crafted and built. This condo on wheels features stunning purple heart and old growth walnut countertops and tables, with a embedded resin pour on the old growth wood. It’s truly a one of a kind! Wait until you see the stripes of purple heart wood in person.

Regrettably, my actual travel time in this incredible van has been limited to just 14,000 miles over the past two years. Life has thrown a curveball, and my current job now demands me in the office full-time.

It’s time for me to face the reality that my role in life will never afford me the remote freedom I had once envisioned for my condo on wheels. It’s time for someone else to take the wheel and give this legend the adventures it truly deserves.
