2020 Silver Ram Promaster 2500 136WB by Woodland Van Co

Built by Woodland Van Co out of Nashville, TN, this turn-key off-grid solar powered converted camper van has 57,000 miles, is front wheel drive (FWD) V6 gasoline engine, equipped with off-road tires and averages around 16-20MPG. Seats two and sleeps two. 

I choose Woodland Van co because of how dialed, clean and beautiful Mike’s vans are. I did my research and found that he was onboard with the best layout possible for a promaster based on function, design and accessibility. 

This build is very new and the van was built out this year in May. I searched for a bit trying to find a silver promaster in a non-rust prone area without a commercial title as well. I found this one in Denver, which is perfect, one owner and not used commercially. Hard to find. 

I spent my first career as a general mechanic and know the 3.6L motor very well. Based on the reliability of this motor and its front wheel drive option, that is the reason why I went with a Promaster. I think AWD is a bit over utilized and is horrible for gas milage. Another big reason for the Promaster. 

I’ve looked over this van top to bottom, installed sumo springs front-back, installed a new high output alternator and have done Mobil 1 synthetic oil changes on it. It’s a solid van and well cared for. 

My partner and I took a season off of work and vacationed in the van this summer/fall. It’s now time to sell the van which was the plan and get back to work. 

I think the van is priced well, I know there’s a lot of options out there but this is a solid build on a solid van. You’ll see a lot of vans priced much higher than this one, not pro built and definitely not as nice. No rust, dings or any large dents. Very clean van. Title in hand and price is negotiable as well.
