Update: my timeline for moving to Australia has pulled forward and I’m motivated to sell in the next 2-3 weeks.
This 4-season van has been thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to make a comfortable home or an epic weekender. The interior boasts a full kitchen, tiled shower, queen-width bed, four person dining, ample storage and power + water options for on and off-grid travel. Plus it has the vehicle upgrades to take you anywhere, including AWD and a 2″ suspension lift, tow hitch, roof rack, off roading lights and more.
The dining + living room is centred on a foldable swivel table, providing a large and functional space for hosting guests, playing board games, working, and lounging. Plus this zone quickly converts into a queen bed with reading lights and a bedside table/ nook on each side. A swivel passenger seat allows you to spread out inside the van facing the living areas, or looking out towards the views and breeze.
There is generous interior storage for clothes, and lifestyle items including overhead cubbies, drawers, and a full length hanging closet. Adventure gear can be stored in the large rear-access trunk, rear exterior box, and optional rooftop boxes.
The kitchen is functional and easy to use thanks to a fold-up additional bench space, easy access to spices and oils, pantry, fridge, and a generous sink. The primary cooktop is induction and a butane burner can be easily stored behind the driver seat for quick access to two-pot cooking.
The essential systems allow comfortable on and off-grid living thanks to the massive 50 gallon onboard water storage and a variety of power sources. The Renogy DC-DC charger charges the large 300 Ah lithium battery bank while driving (or idling), shore power can be connected whenever it’s available, and solar provides ongoing additional top-ups. The Separett composting toilet is waterless and creates no smell thanks to the exterior-vented fan. The contents can be easily emptied into a fixed-toilet (liquids) or trash can (solids) wherever you happen to be.

I have now lived and travelled in the van for 10 months and will be moving back to Australia later this year. My travels included July in California, and February to March in Colorado at 11,000′, where temperatures dipped below 0 degrees F for weeks. In the depths of winter, comfort is provided by the diesel heater, full surround insulation and warm showers, while the AWD provides confidence and safety on the road, and the rooftop box provides space for four sets of skis. In summer you can enjoy outdoor living under the awning, with the outdoor shower, and sleeping under the stars on the roof (without the ski box). Plus staying cool is easy thanks to the cross breeze between two opposing windows and two reversible fans.
The interiors have been repainted and deep-cleaned, ready for the new owners.
