Brakes were done at 40,000 miles and 75,000 miles, new Goodyear all weather Tires at 65,000 miles.
Fluid changes every 3-5k miles according to owners manual and smart oil life monitor. Tune-up is due at 120,000 miles.
Single owner. 90% of the Vans life has been spent in the deserts and mountains of California.
I used wood for my build and ample kill mats under the 3M insulation to deaden the outside world. The van is incredibly well insulated, moisture resistant, and sound proofed. Sleeping in this van is wonderful.

· 200Ah Battleborn batteries and Victron inverters and charge controllers and I have a sterling power 60amp B2B installed as well.

· Butcher block countertops
· cedar tongue and groove paneling throughout (Wall behind driver seat left unfinished and covered with thermal shield)
· shelves for kitchen ware, dry storage, and clothing.
· A single piece of vinyl flooring custom cut and sealed prevents leaks from penetrating
· 3/4″ subfloor that sits on top of nearly 2″ of insulation.
· Diesel heater is installed under the
· 30gal fresh water tank.
I kept most if not all of the receipts in a binder during the build and have around 250 photos during the build that I can share with you as well so that you kind of know where everything is should anything ever need replacement or upgrade.
