2019 Ram Promaster 2WD

My son’s and I brought this new empty Promaster to a point that I could travel around North America and be off the grid for up to two weeks. I designed the roof rack for the solar panels and made them adjustable to achieve optimal angle to the sun. The passenger seat swivels and the pulls up for extra cooking or desk space. I used my experience in cabinet making to make a very sturdy and surprisingly quiet experience both while driving and camping. I purposely did not add a ton of bells and whistles to the van exterior. Instead I chose a more stealth profile to accommodate the occasional “creative” overnight stay. I also purposely built this to be functional inside so I would get outside and explore. There are a lot of personal touches and , storage space , and hidey holes for valuables. It is also set up to lock securely while away for a couple of hours, days, or weeks. My only caveat: if you are tall, 5’10” or more, this may not be your van. Otherwise this is a perfect way to travel.
