Much of the camper van equipment is relatively new. Fully Furnished with a custom build starting with a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner gas range cooktop. Full sink and mini fridge with a freezer and a breakfast nook that has a folding table. The camper is equipped with a combination hot/cold water shower and toilet that has a sliding shower door. Various magnetically locking storage bins next to the shower as well as next to the refrigerator gives plenty of convenient storage space. A full wifi hotspot set up is installed. The rear has a loft style bed with usb powered outlets just above. There is a safe under the bed. The rear of the van houses all the batteries as well as the hot water heater with filtration system as well as the inverters and controls for the solar panels. Two roof mounted remote controlled exhaust fans have been installed and work great to help with air flow and cooling. The rear door has an outdoor shower mounted to it. The exterior has rear mounted recovery ramps as well as a ladder. A propane tank is mounted underneath as well as the gray water tank. It has a 55 gallon fresh water tank and a 22 gallon grey water tank. There are 6 solar panels for a total of 600 watts of power and a 60w controller. 3 Shore batteries that are 100 amp hours each. The front of the camper has two rotatable captains chairs. Under the driver’s seat is a supplemental heater with remote control. Equipped with newer Cooper off road tires. Very well kept.
