2019 Hi Promaster 2WD 32k miles 600W Solar Composting Toilet Tatami

Hello friends! I am selling my beloved van, Pearl. I lived in her for 3 years, but that phase of my life is over, and I'm excited to pass her along for someone else to use and enjoy.

All of the installed components are high quality and top notch. I didn't skimp on price anywhere, and took good care of the equipment over time. I did have to remove most of the interior when I moved to Seattle for work (needed space for my belongings), which is why the inside is rather vacant. A good design opportunity for the right buyer!

THE VAN

2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 (2WD V6), hi-top, 159" wheelbase, front-wheel drive. 32k miles.

No rust, mechanical issues, or accident history. Well maintained, with decent tire tread on all 4 tires. Oil changed about 3k miles ago.

ELECTRICAL

Inverter: AIMS Power 2500W

Shore Charger: built into the AIMS inverter, 75A

DC-to-DC Charger: Sterling 40A

Solar Panels: Renogy 200W x 3

Solar Charge Controller: Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/50

Battery: Ampere Time (now LiTime) 300ah 12V LiFePO4 lithium

Fuse panel: all AC and DC circuits fused and easy to reach

AC and DC outlets installed throughout the van.

600W of solar took care of 99% of daily needs. I ran my fridge, laptop, lights, and chargers for 3 years off of mostly solar. If you have a heavy load, start the van and the DC-to-DC charger will put 40A right into the house battery. Alternatively, plug into shore power.

LIVING

Bathroom: a Nature's Head composting toilet, which usually lasts me (a small guy) a month or two between emptying. Composting toilets require no blackwater tanks, so they are much cleaner and easier to deal with while off grid.

Bedroom: a Japanese-inspired setup, a tatami mat plus shikibuton. A firm, wonderful sleeping base, and simple to replace with a more substantial bed.

Roof Fan: Maxx-Air MaxxFan installed in the ceiling. Moves a lot of air for its size and keeps you cool on hot nights.

Kitchen: a premium, quiet ARB fridge/freezer comes with the van.

EXTRAS

Rotating co-pilot seat: the passenger seat is refitted with a fully rotating base.

Side door bug net: covers the entire side door opening. Open the door and let the breeze in without worrying about mosquitos and wasps.

Window covers: high quality magnetic covers for blacking out every window. Made of an insulating material, good for privacy and for cold nights.

Wheel covers: good for when the van is parked over winter.

Shore power cable, about 10 ft.

Underside spare tire: yep, it's there.

THE PITCH

This van would make a very strong start for someone's own vision. I've dealt with all of the mechanically difficult pieces: routing electrical and solar cables, installing the roof fan, shore power, insulation under every side panel and in the floor, toilet vent, ceiling wood and puck lights, and more.

The van is perfectly usable as-is, but very extendable. A solid foundation.
