2019 Freightliner Sprinter 2WD

Moby is a great travel platform that has been built for simple but effective needs. Solar 430W roof panel supports a Renogy 200AH house bank for most needs (conductors are in place to connect a DC/DC charger to the van aux battery).

Main features:

1. Van has been insulated with 3M insulation,
2. Floor has been insulated, with sub floor and maple flooring.
3. Marine grade battery switches and WM DC breaker panel.
4. Renogy 200AH Battery MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED.
5. 2000W Renogy inverter with AC outlets.
6. Victron 100/30 MPPT charge controller.
7. Espar Diesel heater installed under passenger seat.
8. Isotherm DC 12v refrigerator.
9. Maxx Fan in roof and 2 inside ceiling fans.
10. LED house lights.
11. Simple Cot with Hest travel mattress that folds to wall to create living/workspace.
12. All framing built with 15 series 80/20 which can be easily removed or modified for a different layout.
13. Conductors run under the floor to connect a DC/DC charger to the house battery from Van aux battery (never needed it).
14. Spare conductors run for a shortwave radio that never got to.
15. Black out shades for rear and side windows. Curtain between front and back.
16. Freightliners are serviced at all standard Mercedes dealers. Had services done in RI, IL, and Newfoundland. Never an issue.
17. Misc. Items like magnetic screens and storage bins.
18. Oil change and tire rotation spring ‘25. Due for filters and likely new tires in next year or so.
19. Pretty sure MB just extended certain warranty terms (need to confirm).
20. Carvana offered $49K for original factory layout. Offering below that price including al the added components.
21. One small dent behind R rear wheel.

The van was built out as a comfortable, basic travel space for living and to allow music collaboration (Musical equipments not included). There is a simple linoleum work surface above the battery compartment for day to day needs from work to cooking.
