2019 Ford Transit 2WD

This is my mostly finished Ford Transit Passenger van 350XLT High Roof. This is the tallest van on the market, 6’5” before the ceiling panels and it is the longest option offered by Ford. Bought in 2021, it has been kept in Colorado and Florida. Initially bought it with 60,000 miles, it now has 73,000.

Wet dry bath with a composting toilet and standing shower with a hand held shower head and waterfall head. There is an outdoor shower hose as well for dogs and sandy toes. 

80-20 roof rack with two 400watt Renogy monocrystalline solar panels. The entire roof is covered with the rack so there is also room for a 96” long cargo box. Roof vent with fan and a Fresair A/C unit. 

The bed is 80/20 aluminum as well with four Firgelli Automations linear actuators that raise and lower the bed via a rocker switch. Each actuator has a minimum load capacity of 200lbs. 

Havelock wool insulated with Kilmatt sound deadener applied to the metal. Electrical outlets throughout. Mini fridge and sink with a wall mounted farmhouse styled faucet with sprayer. There is a compartment built into one of the kitchen cabinets intended for a toaster oven. Mostly cedar throughout, birch plywood for the cabinetry and plywood for the subfloor. There is also extra storage built into the space above the driver’s cabin.

What still needs to be done:

-woodwork on the bed frame 

-ceiling panels

-three window frames

-kitchen overhead cabinet

-flooring

-shower walls and kitchen counters…I anticipated doing tile but other materials can be used. 

*I am willing to work with a buyer who may not want to do these tasks and finish them based off of an agreed upon arrangement.
