Mechanical Condition & Maintenance History

This van has been meticulously maintained with a focus on preventative care. The oil has been changed every 5,000 miles using high-quality 5W-20 full synthetic oil and a premium filter, with tires rotated at every oil change interval.

Many key components have been replaced since 2023 (when I bought the van) to ensure long-term road trip reliability.

- Engine & Belt Drive: All three external engine pulleys, serpentine belt, and alternator.

- Cooling System: Radiator, radiator fluid overflow bottle, radiator fan assembly (with related solenoid), and the driver-side lower radiator hose (top to bottom).

- Cabin Comfort: Fresh cabin air filter.

Wheels & Tires

- Rims: Upgraded to official Ram Promaster aluminum rims for a cleaner, sharper look.

- Tires: Premium BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires installed just two years ago. They feature an aggressive tread pattern perfect for off-grid sites and still have a ton of tread left.

- Brake System: All four brake discs and pads were replaced in February 2024 along with a complete fluid flush and a new master cylinder.

- Spare: Full-sized spare tire included.

For Van Life Build (Electrical & Living Space)

- Interior is partially converted and highly functional as-is:

- Solar Power Setup (400W Total): Two 200-watt flexible solar panels are mounted flat on the white roof for a low-profile, aerodynamic - ready for a power station.

- Sleeping Area: Custom bed frame featuring a genuine Tempur-Pedic queen mattress, carefully cut to fit the van width, protected in a clean, high-quality protective liner on IKEA bed frame slats and rails for a very strong support system.

- Insulation: 3M Thinsulate insulation has been installed on the bedroom walls.

- Noise deadening sheets installed throughout the walls, wheel well and ceiling.

- Flooring: There is no permanent wood subfloor installed leaving the layout flexible for the next owner, but the floor is currently fully protected with a clean, thin layer of carpet.

Cosmetic Disclosures (Honest Wear & Tear)

- This van has lived an active life and has some minor, purely cosmetic imperfections:

Passenger Side: There was some bodywork done on the top passenger side prior to my ownership. It was sealed, and absolutely no leaks have been detected. It just needs a little cosmetic paint touch-up to your liking.

- Driver Side: There is an indentation on the driver-side wheel well. It is entirely cosmetic and has absolutely zero impact on driving performance or tire clearance. Also, I was informed by the dealer that this door was forced open and was re-secured to safe standards. You will see this in person.

- Passenger Side: Noticeable, at an angle mostly, is an indentation which could be lightly hammered out.

- Minor wear-and-tear marks and small dents expected of this van’s previous life-style, all of which are perfectly visible in person and nothing major.
