Hey folks, so I have a van I started re-converting this winter on the east coast. I ripped out all the interior re-did the insulation, walls, flooring, and bed structure. And partition and bench with compost toilet, urinal on the side too you see with hose drain out bottom. What is still needed to be fully operational is solar hooked up, sink, and burner stove if wanted. The electrical was professionally done by the first owner and the switches and lights just need to be tied in as I had to undo it to put the wall/ceiling in. The interior lighting is connected to the alternator not exterior solar, so it’s always good. I was going to invest another 3k into solar, etc but have had some life changes and leaving as is to sell. It has 2 100watt panels on the roof, 100amhour renogy battery, and charge controller. Could use new tires in probably 10k more. This van has served me well for 2 years all maintenance kept up with I have receipts. Great if you want to add your own components everything can be customized pretty easily.

UPDATE 6/22/24 rebuilt bed frame and bench will be adding pics shortly. Added cabinet shelf too.
