This van has a sink and an outdoor shower head with hot and cold water.
A two burner induction stove.
An Isotherm Cruise 130 refrigerator with a freezer section.
It has 600 watts of solar panels, a 3000 watt inverter for 12V to 110v with a shore power connection, three 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries, and a Victron isolated DC to DC charger for charging the lithium batteries while you drive.
There is an elevated platform bed that converts to a table with two bench seats. The bench cushions, which are also the mattress, are 6” memory foam.
One of the benches has all of the solar and electrical inside and the other bench box is storage space.
The passenger seat has a swivel base and can be turned to face around in the van.
There are two base cabinets and two upper cabinets all with soft close hinges. The cabinet under the sink holds the grey water tank which takes up most of the space. The other base cabinet is next to the refrigerator and has two shelves that are adjustable up and down with standard shelf pin holes. The upper cabinets have gas struts to hold them open. The bench boxes also have gas struts to hold the lids open but they do not have soft close hinges.
A window that opens above the stove side counter and a fan in the ceiling.
The sliding door and the rear doors are cladded in wood but have removable sections for access in the event that repairs need to be made to the door hardware. There are also removable panels in the rear corners to access the taillights.
There is a small roof deck made of trex deck board. The solar panels take up most of the roof but you can still get up on top with the ladder and the roof deck.
Thinsulate acoustic and thermal insulation and Everbuilt double reflective insulation.

Title in Hand
I bought the van from a rental company so it was used as a work van and has dents, dings, scratches, and normal wear and tear of a cargo van. The walls were built with birch plywood and have a molded look with hidden seams. The van does not have a toilet. It does not have an air conditioner or heater in the camper part, it just has the roof vent fan and the side window that opens. You can hook the van up with RV shore power at RV spots and use electricity from that, so a portable AC or space heater will work using the 110 outlet as long as the electrical specs allow it.
