Registered as an RV. Built for 4 season use. Slightly lifted with offroad tires, color matched flarespace pop-outs professionally painted. All systems and plumbing are contained within the conditioned space of the van, no chance of freezing plumbing. We have used this van in montana in January in below zero conditions with no issues. 200AH lithium battery bank and espar diesel heater that puts out more than enough heat for the coldest nights. The Diesel heater is tied into the fuel tank lies so as long as you have fuel in your tank you have heat. The Storage/ bathroom space is perfect for a cassette toilet or storage for hanging ski gear and wetsuits. We had plans for a shower system and have equipment and shower pan that can come with the van. There is no hot water yet but the van has the factory espar hydronic heater that we were planning on using with an on demand water to water heat exchanger to supply hot water for the sink and shower, these are over $1200 plus install. Fold away passenger seat is great for shuttling friends on mtb rides, kids or dogs and takes up barely any floor space when folded away. Garage was designed for a slide out tray and can accommodate two bikes in height and depth. All wiring was completed with marine grade wiring, breakers and fuse blocks. Can sleep two adults and two kids comfortably. Grey water tank is underneath the sink with a quick connect system so it can easily be taken out to dump wherever you are. The Refrigerator has been running 24/7 for two years and we have never worried about draining the batteries, very efficient. Maxx air deluxe fans over the bed and over the kitchen, reversible IN/OUT operation. Originally built for ski trips across the western U.S. and offroad summer camping and mountain biking, this van is set up to do it all in an easy daily driver package.
