2018 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 170” High Roof Camper Van – Full-Time Adventure Build – $49,500 After three amazing years of living and traveling in this van, it’s time for me to pass her on to someone else. This is a fully built, self-contained camper on a 2018 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 170” high-roof chassis with the 3.0L V6 turbo diesel, RWD and approximately 110,000 miles. Clean title. I built this van to actually live and adventure in—not just for weekend camping. It has been my full-time home for about three years, through two Salt Lake City winters and a whole lot of skiing, biking, climbing and traveling. It has tons of storage, a full kitchen, indoor shower, composting toilet, diesel heat, large solar/electrical system and a huge garage under the permanent bed. It works incredibly well. I’ve lived comfortably through two Salt Lake winters in the van. Also an additional spot for a heater under the passenger seat, had a heater in there but ended up moving it, so you could have two heaters in at once if you want. I also have a brand-new, still-in-the-box 10,000 BTU 12V rooftop RV air conditioner/heater that I will include with the van. It has not been installed, so the new owner can decide where/how they want it mounted. HUGE ADVENTURE GARAGE The garage underneath the bed is one of the best parts of this van. - It has rails for carrying up to three bikes inside the van, plus a huge amount of additional room for skis, climbing equipment, backpacks, camping gear and everything else. - I’ve carried bikes, skis, kayaks and an absurd amount of outdoor gear with this van. If you’re looking for a rig for skiing, biking, climbing, paddling or extended travel, that’s what it was built for. - Capacity to carry up to 3 bikes in the garage via 3 RockyMounts DropTop Locking Thru-Axle Fork Mounts, can be taken in and out. KNOWN ISSUES / FULL DISCLOSURE I want the next owner to know exactly what they’re buying. - House batteries are nearing the end of their useful life and will need replacement. They currently run the 12V systems but don’t maintain enough voltage to operate the inverter reliably. - Water heater is installed but currently not working.
