This van was built in mind for weekend to week long camping and hunting trips and everything in-between.
Its build was built around ground clearance, storage, seating availability, and even some entertainment.
The walls are 1/4in birch wood wrapped in a vinyl textured liner. The ceiling is MDF white wall paneling with insulation and LED down lights. Accent colored lighting is LED RGBW controllable with RF remotes.
It’s lifted roughly 3-4 inches with Bilstein struts/springs, front strut spacers and rear axle block spacers. Along with Transit Off-road custom lower control arms for correct camber and SumoSprings bump stops.
Mounted on the back are two Backwoods storage boxes with Aluminess door hinge mounts that house an inverter generator and a propane tank for the outside water heater shower system. And plenty more room inside the boxes for whatever else you want to put in there.
The rooftop AC unit is a Dometic RTX2000 12V unit which gets power by three Renogy AGM 200AH batteries (600AH total). They get charged by two 210 watt Renogy solar panels and also the engine alternator through an isolator. The van also houses two starting batteries from factory under the drivers seat.
There’s a rear RB Components dinette seating and sleeping system in the rear of the van as well as as many RB Components stuff bags we could fit. Under the dinette seats is more RB Components storage boxes. One houses the 25 gallon water tank and the other houses the batteries with room left over for more storage.
There’s another bench seat system directly behind the drivers seat that houses wiring, amplifiers for the sound system and two 10in subwoofers.
The van has a total of 6 speakers and 2 subwoofers powered by 2 amplifiers.
The electrical system has a 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter from Renogy, outlets throughout the van along with USB charging stations, LED and RGBW lighting, a RokuTV, on-board WiFi system, 2 battery chargers which charges the batteries from shore power from the generator or any hook-up at an RV sight.
The passenger seat is on a swivel mount and both seats are heated while only the drivers seat is electric.
The rear cargo area is sitting on-top of a decked drawer system for even more storage ability.
Due to lack on room left on the rack with the AC and solar panels, we opted for a 2-way ceiling mounted blaster fan which moves the AC air around tremendously from the rear of the van to the front areas. The van handles 100 degree heat like a champ.
The front cargo area floor is carpeted with turf on top for easy removal and cleaning. There is a wooden table which sits on top of a rack/electronics storage box that has multiple uses. The van also has a removeable table which mounts in the back for the dinette seating. Bug nets with magnetic closure are installed for the slider opening and rear doors. All windows have insulated covers for them. There’s a headliner shelf for storage and a headline shelf privacy curtain. Provided is a second privacy curtain that separates the rear dinette area from the front bench seat area.
There are two fridge/freezers of different sizes. Both are removable but also can be stowed away in their respected areas. A portable toilet is provided with the sale.
The exterior of the van has full LED lighting for camping and also 2 LED AUX lights for off-road mounted to a Transit Off-road light bar mount and also amber lighting with Transit Off-road bumper light flush mounts
