We bought this as a brand new empty cargo van in 2019, and did all the work ourselves to make our van life dreams come true. We’ve made countless memories traveling the US, living off-grid for weeks at a time, and easily getting out for weekend adventures. We really enjoyed this chapter of our lives and now we’re offering this van with all the hard work already done. Customize your storage needs and add your personal touch, or just throw your gear in and get out there to explore ASAP.

Sound deadening matting is applied to the van body. Ceiling and walls are clear coated high grade birch plywood 1/4” panels. They match the curves of the van and are anchored directly with rivet nuts. Insulation is polyester batting, and 1/4” cork mid-way up the walls. The floor is insulated with 1/2” cork. Three steel strut rails lock the 1/2” plywood floor panels together and provide bolt thru anchoring capability. The roof-top rails are low profile extruded aluminum channels and solar panels are secured with custom aluminum brackets. No large cut-outs in the roof; ventilation exhausts thru the floor.
