2017 Ford Transit 150 Passenger (Mid-Roof) – Adventure Build

Second owner, accident-free, clean title in hand.

We are selling our beloved, second-owner, accident-free 2017 Transit with 100,500 miles. The van is adventure-proven with a number of Sierra Nevada trips, Oregon family runs, Utah desserts, and Baja surf trips. Former vanpool commuter van (~60k). Clean title with Carfax report available. The intention was to hold the va forever, but we are selling to upgrade to a van with rear airbags for a newborn baby.

Highlights

1. Build: Fixed queen bed, large under-bed “garage,” interior cabinets/shelves, single-burner induction cooktop.
2. Power: Goal Zero Yeti 1500X with alternator charging (included). Pre-wired/ready for easy solar + roof rack.
3. Comfort/Drive: Falken Wildpeak A/T tires (rotated ~20k), Sony head unit with Apple CarPlay, upgraded speakers, 3M sound/thermal insulation.
4. Platform: Mid-roof Transit—comfortable stand height for folks up to ~5’8″ without high-roof wind penalty.
5. Seating/Sleeping: Seats 2; can add an extra bench to seat +2–3.
6. Reliability: Recent servicing (~95,000) saw spark plugs replaced; all fluids replaced (brake, power steering, coolant, differential, transmission); belts replaced (serpentine, drive belt); major gaskets (intake manifold, water pump; preventative); thermostat and water pump replaced (preventative); and fuel, induction, cooling systems all serviced. The van won’t need major servicing for thousands of miles. I have records for all servicing during my ownership. Carfax on request.

What’s Left

Finish carpentry only (trim/panels/edges). Electrical, bed, storage, and kitchen are installed and ready to go! Once I was able to take it on adventures, I forgot about the finish carpentry.
