I installed a LVP floor, sound dampening panels and insulation in the walls. It is ready to install cabinets and whatever layout you desire. Includes the small electric water heater, water pump, and pressure tank to plumb running water inside. The accessories included to complete the build, valued at over $2000. This Van is a well maintained retired Fedex van, with new all season tires ready for a custom build. I purchased this van as a previously done custom, with the intent on re-modeling the way we wanted. Not able to finish the project and just want out of it. I would consider delivery if interested.
