Great bones.

Conversion van with some features that make it a perfect set up for urban dwelling. There is room for finishing touches to make it your own, but it’s certainly good to go as-is. 

Security

• Bulk head to separate the living space and the front cab which keeps your belongings safe.
• I installed hockey puck locks and changed out the cores to the Modeco series which is drill proof. Not a cheap modification but well worth it for the ease of mind. I lived in this van for several years in San Francisco with no break-ins.
• Plywood window inserts so even if someone broke the back window they’re not getting in the living space easily.

• Webasto Gasoline Powered Heater (gets toasty!)

• Power inverter
• The house batteries are also connected to the car battery so when its on it charges the house batteries.
• Dometic Fridge / Freezer

• Naturehead Compost Toilet, vented and hooked up to power.
• Fully insulated and cozy.
• Expandable bed frame. Sleeps 1 or 2. Fits queen mattress when fully expanded.

• Brand New Tires, <500 miles on them. ($750)
• Brand new side mirrors (both sides $1,500)
• Runs great!
