PASSENGER FEATURE:
350 model is a “full passenger” van frame versus the cargo structure. Though the extra passenger seats were removed for the conversion the "passenger" model includes important safety details to support the integrity of the frame like side impact beams (in case of a crash) , as well as dual stage airbags, and an airbag occupancy sensor. The “350” indicates heavy duty capabilities like a 3226lb payload versus the other models.
LOW ROOF ADVANTAGES (and Length detail):
I prefer the low roof because I like to adventure but I don’t need to “live” in the van as I would rather be outside exploring. I spent quite a bit of time in a high roof Sprinter van and it was so tall the whole van swayed back and forth back and for back and forth from here to Timbuktu. The swaying made me wheezy, hurt my tailbone. Look up “Jeep disease” LoL! We also had issues with parking structures , w/ the high roof and it was just more cumbersome to drive. This is my daily driver by the way and is fun and easy to drive. Even with the long length at 235” inches I can still fit in regular parking spaces. This is upgraded from the standard length but not as long as the extended length (263”) So a happy medium.
ELECTRICAL/ POWER/SOLAR /SYSTEM:
2x 400W Solar panels, 2000W Ampeak inverter! Remote inverter switch, 1000 amp Marine cycle 12 V battery , “Rich Solar” solar charge controller, Blue Smart Charger, BSP Smart Battery Insulator (prevents overheating the battery), 110 volt power outlets, and USB chargers throughout. Also has an exterior dedicated power port for shore power if camping at an RV park or Campground.
