Meet Bertie! I bought this as a quarantine project and it was really fun to build. A very unique style as I wanted it to be road worthy while also comfortable, quiet, and private.
Low mileage, 8 years old, and well cared for.
Cost of labor and everything used to build it out is included in final number.
I will include all of the diagrams used in building so that there’s an understanding of how it was put together if anything ever needs to be modified.
It’s been well taken care of. Top of the line oil, flushed, etc. Radiator is only two years old. Just over 100k in miles and easily another 100k+ to go with the classic Chevy engine. The reason I decided to go for an Express is that if you break down and can’t fix yourself, there isn’t a mechanic in America who can’t work on a Chevy! Even though this is a large van, it drives like a minivan. So smooth.

Waterproof flooring with wooded, sealed subfloor, and a padded layer between for extra quiet.
