MPG: 18.74 ---- this is a calculated value, I log every fillup
Lived its life in Texas, very limited snow exposure (no rust)
Brakes serviced at 81,882. New front pads and rear brakes service
Transmission fully serviced at 83,205 (this is a big job on this vehicle!)
Driveline bushing replaced at 83,205
2015/2017 driveshaft recall done
Battery kill-switch installed (nice for theft prevention)
vehicle (cons)
Tires will probably need replacing in next 20,000 miles

Windshield has fairly large crack

BMV-712 Bluetooth battery monitor
12V fuse block for lights, fan, and such

4000k version BUT I installed an automatic lift so can click a button to raise/lower the cover
Diesel heater is 75% installed (Espar D2)
heater in floor with exhaust and intake mounted
EasyStart Select controller installed and working
only thing missing is fuel tank and line installation
Sink
6 gallon tank and 4.2 gallon tank for greywater
Favorite feature of this is portability -- when camped I can remove it from the vehicle and have more space inside and can stand up to do my dishes or wash my face!
BUILD INFO
All walls are framed with wood with Plus-nuts (nothing screwed into van sheet metal)
I framed everything I could so if you wanted to could easily add a real ceiling or wall slats
Bed and sink are not fixed to anything
Kitchen desk thing is fixed
Nice vinyl flooring with 3/4" marine grade plywood and 1/2" insulation below. This floor is also floating.
OVERALL PROS
Vehicle is in good condition
Great systems already installed and road-tested (electrical, ventilation, sink, etc)
Electrical system specifically has many high quality components
High quality floor (3/4" marine grade plywood is expensive!)
Sink is awesome (got lots of compliments on it!)
Very DIY friendly. Simple screws and such if you want to tinker with it and make it your own
OVERALL CONS
"DIY" appearance. If you are a stickler for aesthetics will require some finishing
Raw 2x4 wood showing, insulation taped to wall, kitchen desk has some screw holes
Diesel heater not fully installed (read above). I think it will probably only require several hours of work though. It's summer so haven't had any drive to finish it
Probably only space for 1 person
I'm 5' 10" and lived(ing) 3 months in this thing fine. It's not spacious by any means but I valued stealth and high MPG.
I've parked in downtown LA, SF, and numerous other places just fine.
