2015 2WD Freightliner Camper Conversion

This 2015 Freightliner formerly served as a Fire Rescue vehicle for the City of Maitland, Florida and was purchase from an auction house in 2020 by the current owner. The camper conversion was competed over a two-year period. This is a ONE OF A KIND conversion.

The cab was refurbished with new leather, air-ride seats, passenger restraints an Alpine Audio/Receiver with door-mounted Kickers, WeatherTech floor liners, a Dometic CFX3 Cooler and other accessory.

A four-spoke steering wheel is paired with a dash-mounted push-button shift selector. Instrumentation consists of a 90-mph speedometer, a 3k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 74,250 miles.

It has a 6.7L Cummins turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 240 horsepower. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an Allison six-speed automatic transmission and dually rear axle with a lockable differential.

The vehicle was inspected, and fluid changes were performed in accordance with maintenance procedures.

The chrome 22.5″ alloy wheels are mounted with Goodyear Endurance tires front and rear. Stopping power is provided by air brakes.

The vehicle exterior is finished in black Rhino lining. The finish has some blemishes.
